Privacy Policy
1. What Data We Collect
All data is entered voluntarily by you. We collect only what you provide:

2. How Data Is Stored
On-device storage
All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. No account creation is required. Data never leaves your device unless you choose to use cloud sync or AI Health Advisor features.
Optional cloud sync (Pro only)
Cloud sync is available exclusively to Pro subscribers. If cloud sync is enabled, your pet records, images, and documents are uploaded to Firebase (Google Cloud). Pro subscribers can sign in with Apple to create a persistent identity, enabling data restoration after reinstalling the app or switching devices. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest.
Account authentication
Pro subscribers may use Sign in with Apple to link their account. We receive only an authentication token and optionally your display name. We do not receive your Apple ID email address, password, or other personal information beyond what Apple shares per your privacy settings.
Optional public emergency QR
If you enable a public emergency QR link, selected emergency details are published to a public web page so someone scanning the QR can help your pet. This may include pet name, species, breed, microchip ID, allergies, medical alerts, veterinarian contact, insurance provider, and avatar. You can disable the public link in the app.
3. AI Health Advisor
What is NOT sent: Document images, microchip IDs, insurance policy numbers, breeder contacts, photos, or your personal identity.
Questions are sent to the configured AI provider (Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic) via a secure server-side proxy or direct API. Conversations are not stored on our servers. AI providers may process data per their own privacy policies.
4. Permissions We Request
- Photo Library โ only when you choose images for avatars, moments, or documents.
- Camera โ only for document scanning via VisionKit.
- Notifications โ only for care schedule reminders, always optional.
We never access contacts, location, microphone, or health data.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Purchases are processed exclusively by Apple via StoreKit. We do not collect or store payment information, credit card numbers, or Apple ID credentials.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
- You can delete any record from within the app at any time.
- Uninstalling the app removes all local data permanently.
- Account deletion: Pro subscribers who have signed in with Apple can permanently delete all cloud data and their account directly from the app (Settings โ Danger Zone โ Delete Account & Data). This removes all Firestore records, Storage files, emergency cards, and the Firebase Auth account. Local data on the device is preserved.

8. Children's Privacy
This app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us for deletion.
9. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time from within the app. For data access requests, privacy questions, or deletion assistance, contact us at dangvanhai13091989@gmail.com.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
